Pakistan is cracking down on informants that tipped off the CIA, how reliable of an ally are they?

Truly, I believe that the US and Pakistan are not going to be alleys for much longer. I personally believe that we should stop paying Pakistan billions of dollars. You say that without US help, Pakistan's military would not work. It already does not work. The military in Pakistan is unreliable and quite frankly hates us all.
