Do I need a Temporary Liquor License?
I am holding a tailgate party in Washington DC for about 100 guests. It is in a parking lot, and I will be purchasing all the beer. The beer is not being sold but supplied. The beer will be in coolers and tubs for the guests to help themselves. Would I still need a temporary liquor license?
