Incomplete traffic ticket in sparks nv odds of getting it dismissed?

I was told I was going 45 in a 20mph zone and that the officer was having to go 40 to pace me since he was tailgating me I made sure to watch my speed per my car it said I was going 22mph and the speed limit sign said it was 25 not 20mph he waited 2 blocks to pull me over until I was turning onto another street. When he gave me the ticket he left off the posted speed, actual speed, and cited speed which I find awfully convient that when I got stopped for going 45 he would leave that info out. I have never had a ticket not saying I never speed but when a cop is riding your rear you watch your speed and this guy didnt leave 6 inches between us I know a pacing ticket is hard to beat but when I wasnt doing anything wrong I would hate to take traffic school and pay the fine.
